DTS Logistic Services si Silk Route Shipping have completed the acquisition of the majority stake in ROTRAC, one of the oldest port operators in Romania.
Established in 1992, ROTRAC has an extensive experience in the operation and storage of goods in Constantza Port, having a solid portfolio of clients. The operator manages Constanta Port pier RORO4 and an infrastructure that includes quay cranes, covered and naturally ventilated storage spaces of more than 5.000 sqm, storage platforms with an area of over 20.000 sqm, as well as specific handling machines.

Also, the infrastructure that ROTRAC counts on, has allowed the operation of other types of goods, like goods packed in big bags, long laminates or rolls, used tractors, etc. Recently, container loading and unloading services have also been integrated, operations that take place at the 2.000 sqm warehouse located near berth 53.

Currently, we are working on the budget of modernization and expansion of the terminal infrastructure and in parallel, we also have planned a brand consolidation campaign.
